Casey Stutzman is an ACE, AFAA and FMS certified trainer, and has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2004. He is the owner of the Performance Locker, a personal performance training studio in Alpena, Michigan. Casey uses his experience as a Division I college football player, amateur bodybuilding competitor, strongman competitor and endurance athlete to help others reach their goals in all areas of fitness. He has worked with, and developed strength, conditioning and performance training programs for several local sports teams and organizations. In 2012, Casey teamed up with Hedstrom Fitness to develop programming for Surge®, a training tool that uses water as resistance. As a Surge®, BOSU® and IGNITE 360 Certified Master Trainer and TRX Master Instructor, he travels internationally to educate fitness professionals. Time outside of fitness involves reading, travel, indoor rock climbing, snow sports, and being an active outdoorsman. Casey enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Beth, his daughter, Vesper, his son, Indiana and his family dog, Turkish.
Greg Sellar is the Founder of lifehack, a company designed to get people to think better and succeed faster. With a degree in Sports Science (B.Sp.Sc) and more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Greg has presented workshops in over 53 countries worldwide. He is a Development Team Member and Elite Master Trainer for BOSU®, Kamagon® and Surge®, develops programming for Total Gym® and TRAIN Fitness, and is a contract athlete with Nike.
Helen Vanderburg, BPE, is owner of Heavens Elevated Fitness Club and Fusion Fitness Training™. She is a Development Team Member and Elite Master Trainer for BOSU®, Kamagon® and Surge®, and brings a wealth of experience to her presentations worldwide. She is the recipient of many awards, including IDEA Instructor of the Year, CanFitPro Presenter of the Year and an elite athlete as a former World Champion synchronized swimmer and honored member of the Sports Hall of Fame.
Pam Benchley is a National Master Trainer for BOSU®, Kamagon® and Surge®, and a provider of many other workshops including Stages® Indoor Cycling, balance training, and functional/active aging training. Pam currently serves on the faculty at the State University of New York at Fredonia. She is a competitive triathlete and member of numerous organizations within the fitness industry such as IHRSA, IDEA and ACSM.
Jessica Maurer’s career consists of teaching in collegiate, corporate, and private venues as a certified ACE personal trainer and AFAA group fitness instructor. While her background is in dance, she has found her passion in fitness education. She is a Master Trainer for BOSU®, Kamagon®, Surge®, Tabata Bootcamp®, and Lebert Training Systems®, as well as the co-creator of LOK Fitness. Jessica currently enjoys teaching a variety of group fitness classes in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Keli Roberts is a Development Team Member and Elite Master Trainer for BOSU® and Kamagon®, and is a Surge®, Schwinn® and IndoRow® Master Trainer. Additionally Keli is the Kamagon® Brand Ambassador, and an SCW Faculty Member. She holds certifications through ACE, ACSM and Precision Nutrition. Her many awards include IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, ECA OWBO awards for Lifetime Achievement and Best Female Presenter, and Keli has been inducted into the U.S. National Fitness Hall of Fame.
Doris Thews is a Development Team Member and Elite Master Trainer for BOSU®, and an Elite Master Trainer for Kamagon® and Surge®. She is the International Program Director for Indo-Row and ShockWave, a Senior Master Trainer and Global Mentor for Schwinn®, a RYKA Fit-Pro Ambassador, and consults with several leading brands on program development. Doris owns a fitness consulting business, Team Thews, and presents and lectures internationally. She is known for her motivation and athletic coaching style.
Lucy Waite, MS, is an associate instructional professor of health and kinesiology at Texas A&M University. With nearly a decade in the industry, Lucy shares her passion for fitness education as an international master trainer for BOSU®, Kamagon®, and indoor cycling. She holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry, and master's degree in health education. Lucy is certified in group exercise (AFAA), personal training (NSCA-CPT), yoga, kickboxing, water exercise, indoor cycling, rowing, Pilates/barre, and group strength training.
